My Weight Loss Journey: My Two-Month Update ( Before And After)

Hi guys,
       This is a quick update on my weight loss journey. I have not been exercising as much, but I have been making some progress. I have gained control of my eating habits, and loss some weight as a result. I am more conscious when I eat, and I have been controlling my portions; well, somewhat:-).

           One of the problems that I faced before starting this journey was going for  a second plate when the food was good, which happened pretty often because I cook the food:-). Now I only eat when I feel really hungry and I stop when I feel full,  no matter how good the food tastes. It is still hard for me to remember to drink water. Having water bottles around the house does help sometimes. I am still trying to stay away from wheat (anything gluten related). I try to eat multi-grain cereals when I don't wake up hungry. Other than that, I am no longer a wheat fan.
             I know you are wondering how much weight  I have lost so far. Well, I have lost 14 pounds in two months. Yep!! Look at the pictures and you will see what losing 14 pounds looks like. I wish I could lose 7 pounds in 7 days, but I would have to starve myself to achieve that goal. My realistic goal is to lose 35 lbs by June. I have 21 more pounds to lose. No rush!!

         I know I said there is no rush, but I requested 3 bottles of ALL NATURAL DIET/WEIGHT LOSS products that I will be reviewing 3 to 4 months from today. I am curious:-). I will start using them tomorrow (Monday), and hopefully they will work. I hate giving bad reviews, but if I have to, I have to.
