Wash Day Experience: Washing My Hair with Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Shampoo

Garnier Fructis Tripple Nutrition Shampoo and conditioner

Hello everyone,
My wash day experience did not go as planned last week. So this week, I did everything I could to have a better wash day. Don’t you just hate it when you are forced to go back to your old routine? It’s like every time you want to try something new it does not work. I get bored easily. So, I like to switch things up a little. And switching I did! You could not take me away from Aphogee products when I first started my hair journey back in October 2010.  I loved them so much. But it’s been two years since I put my hand on a bottle of anything by Aphogee. Now, I am in love With these new Garnier fructis products. I have only tried the samples (You could say that it’s too early to tell, but when you are in love, you are in love, right?) They are all Good with a capital G!

#WashDayExperience
{Pre-pooing & detangling} I love to prep my hair with a conditioner before I add shampoo. Using a conditioner makes it easy for me to detangle my hair also. I pre-pooed  with my beloved Tresemme Moisture Rich Conditioner.

{Shampooing} Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition shampoo for dry, damaged hair got the job done. I did not even have to add any water, nor oil to it because it is infused with castor oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, Shea butter…….and the list goes on. This shampoo is filled with goodness straight from mother nature.

{Conditioning} I don’t know why I have not used this Garnier Triple Nutrition Conditioner sooner. I have had this sample sitting around the house since February. My hair was soft and manageable after I rinsed the conditioner out. I found a new love!

The Wash Day Experience{Deep conditioning} I deep conditioned with (you know!) Garnier Triple Nutrition 3-minute Deep Conditioner. Goodness, goodness, goodness! My hair was revitalized. I left it on for 5 minutes, you know, to be on the safe side:-)
{Drying} Air dried 80-85%

{Moisturizing } I miss my Giovanni Direct Leave-in Conditioner. I am still using my Scurl (a moisturizer) until I can put my hands on my favorite leave-in again. I used a mixture of Haitian Black Castor Oil and EVOO to seal my ends. I added EVOO because Haitian Black Castor Oil usually too thick. I know some of you have asked me if I prefer HBCO to JBCO. I’ll have to say that I love the Haitian black castor oil better for one reason only, it is thicker. Now I know thicker is not always better, but it’s in my advantage; I use less. I add this bad boy to all my DIY deep conditioners, whether it is avocado, bananas, yogurt, or honey. I also add it to my regular conditioners, too.
My result?
Winning! I had a wonderful experience. My hair is doing the happy dance right now because it’s been fed!

Thx for the review hun. That definitely my next buy. I was thinking of Garnier Fructies but not the triple one, had a sample, though.

You are so GOOOD to your hair and very patient with it, I respect you. I have used Garnier Fructis for years and still use whats left of Color Shield color sealer as a leave in every so often. I still like my Cantu leave in conditioner, but like you I need a change every now and then.
