Those Hemp seeds taste a little bit like raw nuts. They are 100% natural. Those seeds are very nutritious, as 3 tablespoons provide you with 50% magnesium and 25% zinc, plus other nutrients like fiber and protein. You can eat them straight from the bag, sprinkle them on your yogurt, or salads. They will help you stay fuller longer. I use them on my cereals in the morning and they kept me energized for a long time. While I would not recommend this product to anyone with a nut allergy, this is an excellent choice for those of you who don't have time to reach for a snack bar between meals. They are a little bit pricey, but the price is good for the quality of the product. I will definitely invest in a bag or two next time I go grocery shopping.
