Fitness Friday:: Cucumber And Ham Sandwich For Snacks or Appetizers

Hi guys!!  Today’s recipe is a very easy to make Cucumber and ham sandwich. No! No bread is required. It can be served as an appetizer if you are having guests over for dinner, or you can just eat it as a snack.  Cucumbers are low in fat, but very rich in potassium. You will get a good amount of vitamin A and protein when you add one slice of lean ham, a few slices of tomatoes,  and some spinach between two slices of cucumbers. And the good part is that snacks like these are very filling. Keep reading for the step-by-step recipe.

Interesting, I'm going to try it when I begin eating meat again. I would have never thought to do that – I have tried portabello mushrooms in place of bread before though and loved it.
