Fitness Friday:: Chickpeas And Avocado Hummus Plus A Bag Of Chips

Hi guys! When I saw miss Jackie’s Chickpeas and Avocado Hummus recipe, I knew I had to try it.  Her hummus quickly became one of my favorites. It is flavorful and healthy. You don’t have to worry about consuming extra calories. I eat it with my potato chips when I feel like I need a good snack. I also spread it on my bread when making a sandwich, instead of using mayonnaise. It can also be served as an appetizer along with Tortilla chips. I made my version of her recipe by using Cayenne pepper instead of Paprika, a pinch of garlic salt instead of raw garlic, and the yellow part of the Avocado instead of the whole thing. Mine came out very good. You can check out her recipe here if you would like to try it.

I must try this recipe, I love avocados so much, but have never been a chickpea fan. Maybe it will be easier with this recipe for me 🙂

I love chickpeas but have never tried hummus, but I remember KLP posted a recipe and I said I was gonna try it (but still haven't). I'm gonna give it a go! Thanks for sharing (and linking up), I really need the motivation.
