Fitness Friday: 2015 New Year's Resolutions


                HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I hope you had a chance to welcome the new year. I couldn't keep my eyes open for nothing. It was almost 11:00 PM when I went to bed. I woke up at 12:48 AM, only to say HAPPY NEW YEAR to my husband who was still watching TV. Then went right back to sleep. The good thing is that I woke up refreshed the next morning with new goals and high fitness expectations. Yes. You guessed right! I have some new year's resolutions.

            My number one goal this year is to stay healthy, and by that I mean stay sexy as hell. I am sorry, but I have to speak it into existence. It is so easy to fall off the wagon.  I am tired of losing the weight only to gain it all back. This is the smallest I have been since giving birth to my two children. I feel so motivated to work hard at keeping the weight off. My number one weakness is white rice.  I would eat that stuff every day if the side effects did not include weight gain. But I have been doing better. I started eating brown rice instead. It does not taste as good, but it is healthier. I will continue to exercise, drink water, eat healthier snacks, and try new cleansing methods. I am not good at turning resolutions into reality, but I know that with my hard work and your encouragements, it is possible.
