            This fitness post is a little bit different today. It is about heart disease in women. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in both men and women.  This post is only to raise awareness and encourage you to take action. The heart is a sensitive thing. We hear about people breaking other people's hearts. Some of us tend to guard our hearts when it comes to relationship matters. But what are we doing to protect our hearts against ourselves?
