Spring is here. And as many of you already know, Spring is all about rebirth. If the winter season was brutal on your skin and left you with dry, cracked skin, now is the time to shed the dead skin and make your hands look fresh and young again. I tried a DIY hand scrub two weeks ago that I am getting slightly addicted to. This hand scrub can also be used on your face. Lavender essential oil is good at fighting wrinkles. Coconut oil helps fight acne and soften the skin. And brown sugar is a natural exfoliant that gives you a fresh looking skin. It contains glycolic acid that fights bacteria. Brown sugar also helps your skin retain moisture as a humectant. This mixture is even safe enough for sensitive skin.

Your hands will feel a little oily after rinsing the scrub out because of the coconut oil, but they will feel and look so much better after you dry them up. I am so into using more natural products these days. I have been all over pinterest looking for ways to make my own cleaning products and saving money. What is your favorite DIY beauty product?
