I didn't know aloe vera was good for inflammation. Hmmmm. I use the gel to smooth my curls and I use aloe vera juice to spritz my hair after washing sometimes but I like the idea of adding some gel to my conditioner.

I have added it to my deep conditioner only. I no longer have access to the actual plant and have to use store branded products. Who would have known this gem has so many benefits for our hair. Great tips!
