My Opinion

I bought Tresemme Purify and Replenishing Conditioner for less than $4.00 because it was on sale at my local store. I bought it because it promises not to leave heavy buildup. It has a medium consistency. I used it to co-wash my hair,  and I also used it after shampooing. Although the product left my hair feeling soft, I had to leave it on my hair for more than 5 minutes with a plastic cap to really see a difference. My scalp felt  clean when I used it as a co-wash, but my hair was not really dirty. I must admit that I had to use a good amount because I have coarse hair. It can leave the hair feeling greasy if too much is used. It does not provide as much slip as the Tresemme moisture rich conditioner, but it worked okay on my hair. Nothing too exciting.

The bottom line

My hair did feel nourished after using the product, but I did not feel the instant moisture that I usually get from Tresemme conditioners. I would not recommend this product to somebody with oily hair.

I've never tried Tresemme. This is another product I need to try on my dry hair.

Thanks for this review. Since Tresesemme discontinued the aloe vera conditioner, I have been looking for another one of theirs.

Sounds like a goodie to me. I see this in stores always, but haven't tried before though. Might give it a try some day. Thanks for the verdict. 🙂
