My Experience with Lotus Biscoff Cookies

Happy Friday dolls! When I received my  Biscoff cookies from influenster last year, my son made it a point to eat most of them. I only tried two of the six cookies and I could not wait to buy more for the family. Luckily enough, I won the influenster Biscoff badge and I was able to go to my local Kroger store and got a family size package for free. Did you know that Kroger and Walgreens were the first two stores that started selling Biscoff cookies in the US back in 2006? Who would have thought that a small family business that started more than 80 years ago in Belgium would be selling their crunchy cookies worldwide today? Passion is the force that drives us, my friends!

My Experience with Lotus Biscoff Cookies

I heard stories about people trying Biscoff cookies on airplanes for the first time. Since I have never been to Europe, I first heard about them through influenster.  I must admit that these cookies are pretty addictive. I ate one and I could not wait to grab the next one. When was the last time you had a cookie with no added sugar? A cookie made with all natural ingredients? I like how crispy it is. These cookies pair well with either tea or coffee. I normally don’t dip things into my coffee or tea. But I found pleasure in dipping the Biscoff cookies in my hazelnut cappuccino in the morning.

Lotus Biscoff Cookies:
  • All natural ingredients
  • 0 grams trans fat per serving
  • No cholesterol
  • No artificial colors or flavorings

One of my  problems with the Biscoff cookies is that you can get easily distracted and eat more than you should. The other problem is that the packaging is not the best. Once you open the bag you have to either put the cookies in a cookie jar or a zip lock bag. A resealable bag or a box would have been better to store the cookies. Other than that, I love them!

Have you had Biscoff cookies before?

I've had those Nerline, and they are so good girl! Glad you got to try them. I don't have a Kroger's here in New Orleans, but when I'm in Cincinnati there is one there.

I've seen these in the store, but never bought any. I like it that you said they are all natural. I try to stick to natural ingredient products.
